I was born in southern France and found my freedom through ballet. From a young age, I knew movement was my language—so I left home to pursue professional training. I was accepted into one of France’s most prestigious ballet schools, where I trained in the pure French ballet tradition.

Since then, I’ve built an international career as a professional dancer, performing with renowned companies like the National Dance Company of Spain, Béjart Ballet, and Disney’s The Lion King musical. My journey has taken me from the classical stage to contemporary works, films, music videos, and even into acting, most notably starring as the ballerina Gia in Birds of Paradise on Prime Video.

Alongside performing, I’ve developed a career in movement direction, working on music videos, films, and visual campaigns. I also guide actors in physical expression and help create strong movement identities for screen and stage. After years of dancing professionally, creating movement for others became a natural and deeply fulfilling evolution.

Today, I share my passion through LOMBY BARRE, a method that blends ballet technique with fitness, stretching, body awareness, and wellness. I aim to help you feel strong, graceful, and fully connected to your body, whether an artist, a beginner, or just curious about moving better.

As a little bonus, I also write a wellness & lifestyle blog, where I open the door to my life behind the scenes. You’ll find beauty tips, skincare routines, how I unwind and stay grounded, plus personal stories from the stage and film sets.

For me, beauty begins within, and living as an artist is more than performance; it’s about caring for your whole self. I hope my journey inspires you to move with joy and live fully, on your own terms.
